The $300 deposit due within 7 days of making reservation and refundable when condo is found in order and keys are returned to owner. Please add 12% tax and $85 cleaning fee to rates.
The entire rent plus the $85 cleaning fee is due two weeks before the arrival of guest. Once received, owner will send the keys with the info package. Confirmation/Rental agreement sent upon receipt of deposit.
